You can expect your mosaic masterpiece to be delivered within approximately 3-4 weeks of placing your order AND submitting ALL of your images. Please take this into consideration when planning your gift. If you have a short deadline for your gift, do not worry! At checkout, you can provide us with the email address of your recipient and they will receive a thoughtful electronic gift message that this has been purchased in their honor. Trust us, it's worth the wait.

Delivery date specifications are not binding unless, in exceptional cases, the delivery date has been specifically confirmed to be binding. It is unfortunately not possible for us to agree on exact dates for delivery as the artworks are not in a warehouse waiting for collection, but are instead produced according to your individual specifications after your order is placed.

Your finished My Mosaic Memories masterpiece is checked by hand, given a protective cover, and placed in art-secure packaging to be given directly to art shipping professionals at FedEx or UPS.
