You can expect your commissioned mosaic artwork to be delivered to your shipping address within approximately 3-4 weeks of submitting ALL of your photos. Please take this into consideration when planning your gift. 

If you need to rush your order, please indicate so during checkout. A rush fee may apply.

You'll receive a private, secure link to where you can start uploading all your photos and main image within 24 hours of placing your order. 

We do offer rush sipping; however, the artistic process and printing takes up to 3 weeks. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and custom made with precision and care. 

If you have a deadline for your gift, do not worry. Please indicate the date of your milestone or event at checkout. At checkout you can also provide us with the email address of your recipient and they will receive a notice that a gift has been purchased in their honor. Trust us, it's worth the wait.

Your finished My Mosaic Memories masterpiece is checked by hand, given a protective cover, and placed in art-secure packaging to be given directly to art shipping professionals at FedEx or UPS.

All orders are final sale once you complete your payment and receive your order confirmation. We do not accept returns because each product is created and custom made-to-order.

You will receive low-res digital proofs to give your final approval of your design before going to print. Once you give your approval for a design, we no longer accept exchanges.
